When did AG start doing this?

My friend just got Felicity in the mail ~ she is gorgeous! BUT when we started playing with her hair we notice that there are short pieces underneath? It looks like it's been cut, is this normal?

I noticed my AGT 23's hair was like that a few weeks ago. I think it may have something to do with hiding the wig, because my #23 has the best hidden wig.

I think it is to make the hair seem fuller if you put it in two braids or two pony tails.I believe most of my dolls have this. It doesn't bother me.

SunnyGirl, the EXACT same thing with my Felicity! I cut most of it, if you life her hair up, theres a whole line of short hair underneath. I chopped some of it off because it was just bugging me to death! But anyway, the same thing with mine, I don't know why AG is doing this, to me, its an decrease in quality!

Thanks! I was scared that something was wrong with Felicity! But you are right ~ definately a quality issue with AG!!!

Although Lissie is SOOO beautiful.
